Looking Glass...“It’s so beautiful and cold here…. Why would anyone want to destroy such a place?”Looking Glass... by Sierra-Wolf
Snow fell from the grey skies and onto the rubble that had once been part of a beautiful structure.
In the center a child stepped forward from the wind, looking, examining the remains. Her hood covered the child’s face, concealing her identity from prying eyes, but it was clear she was not from this planet. At least…. Not recently.
Flinching at the sound of something crashing to the ground, the child froze looking for the source of the sound. Swallowing her fear, the child moved further away from the ruins and towards the mountains, curiosity guiding her actions more than caution.
Walking a ways away she spotted a hidden trail, and a small pot that had been the source of the crash. The closer she came to it, the more it became apparent that the pure snow had been tainted…
Restless...- Chapter 4“What’s happening?”Restless...- Chapter 4 by Sierra-Wolf
“Is there a sickness?”
“There is! Why haven’t we been told?!”
“What are we going to do?”
The sanghuli people stood around questioning everything that had happen earlier that evening, and the council has called an emergency meeting deciding what to do with this new revelation. It was possible that it was just a onetime case of something similar to the hellbrothers rabies, but Stoic’s instincts told him that there was more to the puzzle than met the eye….
And he has every intention of figure it out.
Making his way through the crowds of panicked Sanghuli, he rushed towards the hospital, hoping to find answers.
Stoic and another guard hurried to restrain Talin who had just woken up from being knocked out. Pinning his shoulders and arms back against the exam table nurses rushed to tie the restrains. Once they were secured Stoic jumped back out of the way of Talin
Restless...- Chapter 3“Clocking out?”Restless...- Chapter 3 by Sierra-Wolf
“Hardly, all hands on deck today.”
Stepping out of the way of a few nurses stoic entered the hospital lobby where he found a light blue and green female sanghuli. She would have been thought one of the more beautiful females among his tribe if it wasn’t for her abnormal purple eyes, but Stoic simply treated as her as an equal anyways. He believed in giving other chances when there wasn’t none to be given. Or don’t judge a book by its cover so to speak…
“Decided to return to the land of the living I take it?” Sulu chirped as she looked over a clipboard that had been hanging of the wall. “What happened to your necklace?”
Stoi tensed slight and let out a short huff, earning a chuckle from Sulu who decided not to pry further. “The results of that ail you gave me a couple days ago just came in a few hours ago.” Setting down the clipboard she motioned him to follow her down the hall.
